you can find me blogging over here for the next day. July 9th, 2006 | honey i’m gonna make it out alive.
tonight. or last night. or better yet, a few hours ago i got home from the movies and dinner. a family outing that wasn’t all that bad for once. we saw “the devil wears prada” and then snuck into “the break-up” after. sneaking into another film was my mother’s idea and that was very very unlike her so maybe she’s not that bad after all. “the break-up” was decent. i’m not the biggest fan of jennifer aniston which is why i always thought it would suck, but stacy told me about the film after she had seen it awhile back and i was like hmm maybe i want to see that. the ending was realistic and i thought that was a good thing. my mom and cousin disagreed because they wanted a happy ending. and i loved every scene that jon favreau was in because he is awesome. “the devil wears prada” was good. i personally find anne hathaway annoying, and i really only wanted to see it because i think meryl streep is amazing, but anne wasn’t half bad in the film. contrary to belief i did actually pay attention to the film despite typing away on my sidekick during most of the film. i had no idea tracie thoms was in the film until i said OMG TRACIE THOMS out loud in the theatre and im’d joliz about it. 11 days until “clerks 2″! and a little over a month until “snakes on a plane”! speaking of “snakes on a plane”, this has got be the most addicting new song after timberlake’s new one.
