I had a new layout that I was just about finished coding but then I saw the photos for Phantom Planet’s new album so I started all over and then on top of that had a bunch of other stuff I needed to get done and then got very distracted playing The Sims 2 for the first time in months. Which may come as a shock but I just haven’t felt like playing. All my Sims are still whores, and that’s what matters most, right? Alright, maybe not. I’m very happy with this layout, though I’m not entirely sure what’s with me and orange lately but hey, whatever. So yeah, there’s a new layout and it features Jeff Conrad’s sexiness.

I fell behind on posting photos for my Project 365 once again, but I spent some time earlier catching up on getting those posted. It took longer than it should have but my wireless connection is being really difficult again.

I had a post written about a week ago that I thought I’d posted before I passed out after my 12+ hour shift at work but I guess I was so tired that I didn’t actually post it and by the time I woke up, my computer decided it wanted to restart for one of those Windows Updates bullshit so I lost it, but whatever I guess. Speaking of that shift, never work that long of a shift when you’d fallen on stairs the day before, it’s not a lot of fun at all.

Speaking of work, I really need to be getting to sleep because I need to be up in 4 hours. It was my weekend off so I’m dreading having to go back, and on top of that we have a fairly HUGE visit this week. And we have to make the store look “perfect” even though jesus christ it is far from being that and I think it’s bullshit that we have to fake how the store really is just to make it look good to people who will be there one fucking day but whatever.

I watched Swingers tonight for the first time ever, and to be quite honest it was not that great at all. It was decent at best. It was weird seeing Vince Vaughn so skinny too.

I’m going to Bilbo’s with Millie when she gets off work which should be in about an hour and a half. That should be fun, though not nearly as exciting as Sharon’s encounter with Alan Cumming that she was just texting me about.

My mom finally got results back from some tests she had done. There’s something wrong with her nerves, and she has carpal tunnel and has a couple tumors inside of a body part I will not disclose. It’s kind of depressing, but I know she will be okay. There was this opal butterfly necklace at work that I decided to get her since opal is her birthstone. I lucked out with it because it was on clearance for 15 bucks rather than the regular price of 70, with my shitty discount it ended up being 14. She doesn’t know this though, of course.

It’s my weekend off and oddly enough I’ve felt quite productive, I put up a new layout at Camisado, and also got around to screencapping The Darjeeling Limited and Rushmore for J-S.Com. It’ll take me a bit to sort through them and such but I needed to get it done. I also got my Project 365 caught up the other day, I fell behind like 2 weeks in posting my pics. I’m a couple days behind now but I keep forgetting my camera downstairs.

My dog has worms. And to top it off, I found out because she was on my bed and one was on my comforter. Ugh.
